Our design process is based on

  • Design Thinking

It is a problem-solving methodology that centers around user needs and empathy to create innovative solutions. The core idea of Design thinking is not to limit oneself to traditional approaches but to provide room for creative and experimental thinking to achieve innovative outcomes.

  • Human-centered design

It is a philosophy and practice that places people at the center of the product, service, or system development process. The main idea is to focus on the needs, preferences, and experiences of users during the design phase, ensuring that the resulting solutions align with their expectations and requirements.

Our approach to design

We will go through all the stages, including gathering requirements, researching the business and business goals, researching users and their needs, as well as prototyping and testing with users.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got more questions?
contact us
  • Is it possible to successfully launch a product without conducting research?
As world practice shows, this approach is not very effective. Products are created to solve the problems and needs of users, bringing profit to the company. Without identifying these needs, conducting in-depth interviews, and testing the solution on potential users, the developed product may be ineffective because it will be based on the hypotheses of the team and stakeholders.
  • Why is it necessary to design a product based on user research and not on one's own hypotheses and visions?
According to the report "The Top 12 Reasons Startups Fail 2021," 35% of startups fail because the product does not meet the needs of users, i.e., it does not fulfill its assigned tasks.
  • What will I get after conducting UX research, and will stakeholders be involved?
You will participate in design workshops and receive comprehensive reports with all the information gathered (including photos, video and audio recordings, and documents).
  • What are the main necessary steps for getting a product that will meet the needs and solve the problems of the users?
It all starts with researching the industry, competitors, and business goals. Afterward, the design team will define the target audience, develop hypotheses, and conduct interviews. The next phase will aim at generating ideas to solve users' problems. The prototyping and testing phases are the final stages.
  • If I'm not sure what I need to do to redesign my product, can I get an expert opinion?
Yes, of course. For this, we can test your product for usability and provide a UX audit. This report will outline all the problem areas of your product along with a list of recommendations for their elimination.
